Raleigh Wedding: Hien & Dereck

You may remember Hien's Bridal Portraits a few weeks ago. The wedding is finally here! They had
a beautiful outdoor wedding at Bass Lake Park near Raleigh. The forecast called for thunderstorms
but there was never even a hint of rain all day! I had a great time documenting their day.

The second Hien put on her dress tears of joy overwhelmed her. Even though she was laughing she
couldn't stop crying. Her girls thought it was hilarious!

suggested we do it. Well this is how it started...

Lake Norman Engagement Session: Mandy & Brock

Mandy & Brock live in Charlotte. So the engagement session was the first time I had a chance to
meet them. Brock's parents have a house on Lake Norman so I headed down for a session on the
Lake. It was definitely worth the drive. Mandy & Brock were so comfortable in front of the camera.
I had to ask them several times if they had done this before. Even though I got wet I still had a blast.

Greensboro Wedding: Laura & Justin

Laura & Justin recently got married at the Greensboro College. The wedding was followed by a
reception at the Kress Terrace. The Kress Terrace offers rooftop views of downtown Greensboro.
We had great weather for an outside reception. The day provided some really great close family
moments. Here are just a few.

Laura's Father saw Laura when she was outside with her girls. He was so moved that he had to be
consoled by Laura's Mom. A few minutes later he came over to see her.

Immediately after the ceremony Laura and her Father share a long embrace. The look on her Mom's face
says it all.
