Lake Norman Wedding Photography : Mandy & Brock

If you missed Mandy & Brock's Engagement Session which started with a red Corvette and ended with
us up to our waste in water you should definitely check it out here A few Saturdays ago Mandy & Brock
were married at Williamson's Chapel in Mooresville and the reception followed on Lake Norman at the
lake house. It was a special day filled with lots of laughter and a few tears. Some of the groomsmen
got my hopes up with talk of them and the groom wakeboarding in their tux but it never materialized.
Nevertheless I had a great time documenting their day.

Wolf Laurel Wedding: Daria & Garrett

Daria & Garrett live in Atlanta but their parents have a house in the mountains of North Carolina.
Wolf Laurel is located about thirty minutes north of Asheville. It was a perfect location for a wedding!
People came from all over the world to see the wedding. It was a special day.

Daria was smiling and laughing all day but in this portrait I just love her
relaxed look. Something about her eyes just draw me in.

to get to the church you had to cross this covered bridge. NC mountains at their best!

Daria & Garrett chose to see each other before the ceremony. This decision provided
great moments during a private meeting for them to see each other for the first time.
It also provided a relaxed time to spend with each other and get some portraits.

Winston-Salem Engagement Session: Sara & Zac

Sara & Zac live in D.C. but are getting married this Saturday at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem.
Sara is an alumna of Wake Forest and so a few weeks ago we went to Salem College and Wake for
their engagement session. The session was the first chance that I had to meet them face to face.
They were so fun to work with. After the session they treated me to some pizza at Mellow Mushroom.
They didn't know it but pizza is my favorite food! Yummmmy!

Asheboro Wedding: Nicole & Jon

Nicole & Jon recently got married in Asheboro at the Church of the Good Shepherd. It was a great day
for a wedding. Nicole looked stunning, the church was beautiful, and the details at the reception were
amazing! They followed up the ceremony with an awesome reception at the Asheboro Country Club.
I loved every minute of the day!

The Hip Pocket Band rocked us all night long. They were really good. They had everyone from age
20 to 80 dancing as hard as they could.
